Lily Zhang is the founding and managing partner of TTM Capital, focusing on investments in therapeutics, medical devices, diagnose reagents, and biotech.

Lily previously served as the partner of CDH Investment, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer, patent licensing, and extensive domestic and international investment experience in the life sciences field. Lily has successfully led investments in well-known biotech companies such as Harbour Biomed, Hitgen Inc., I-MAB Biopharma, Fuzhou Maixin Biotech, Elpiscience Biopharma, Xinthera, etc., holding director positions in multiple companies.

Prior to joining in CDH Investment, Lily held various management positions in multiple global multinational medical companies, including the Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson and Business Development head at GlaxoSmithKline China investment limited, responsible for mergers and acquisitions and pipeline strategies.

Lily holds an MBA of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD from Tongji University. She has been active in the construction of healthcare ecosystem in China for a long time, serving as Secretary-general of SORSA Biomedical Branch, a member of The BayHelix Group, PhIRDA, SAPA, NDF Club, and the Wharton School Healthcare Club.

Dr. Chai brings over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical industry investment to our team. Prior to his current role, he served as General Manager at Langrun Investment Group, where he specialized in pharmaceutical industry incubation and mergers and acquisitions.Langrun Investment Group is a leading domestic pharmaceutical conglomerate with a portfolio of top-tier companies.

Dr. Chai oversees investments in the group's key entities, including Qingfeng Pharma Group, Mabwell, King-cell Bio, Atlatl Accelerator, and Cugene. Among these, Mabwell (688062.SH) is listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board；Adaptimmune (NASDAQ: ADAP) stands out as a pioneer in cell therapy, with its product Tecelra being the first FDA-approved TCR-T treatment. Immunomedics (NASDAQ: IMMU), which was acquired by Gilead for a staggering 21 billion, is part of the group's successful investments.

Dr. Chai holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Nanjing University.

Haiding has worked as senior managers in many well-known multinational financial institutions for more than 20 years, he has completed numerous well-known cross-border investment and merger and acquisition transactions: Juva Medcial, Cabio (688089.SZ), OncoVent Biomedical Technology (688217.SZ), Arsmo (430335.NEEQ), Tong Ren Tang Technologies (01666.HK), Denghai Seeds (002041.SZ), Akonni, Bioxis, Endymed (XTAE: ENDY), OriGene and etc.

Prior to that, Haiding was the chief investment officer and committee chair of PKI Ventures (NYSE: PKI); executive director and head of the medical investment team of Cathay Capital; deputy general manager of the M&A department of Wanda Group and CFO and shareholder representatives; director of the M&A department of SK Group's South Korea headquarters; director of the Global Strategy Department of Santander Bank of Spain; Senior Investment Manager of Credit Suisse Korea and Singapore, etc.

Haiding has published many influential books: "The Power of M&A: Capital Choices in the Mobile Internet Era" was rated as a famous Chinese M&A book by Douban.com, "2016 New Financial Case Annual Report" (with a preface by Ma Weihua, former Chairman of China Merchants Bank, which won the 2016 Annual Award of "Economic Observer";

Haiding is a researcher in the department of pharmacoeconomics at the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, a visiting professor/master's tutor at the Graduate School of China Agricultural university.

Dr. Ji Xun previously worked at GSK, Jiuzhang Biotech, and Power Capital. With extensive experience in industry, investment, and post-investment management, Dr. Ji has invested in and been involved in companies such as Mabwell (listed on the STAR Market), WeHand, WE-LINKING, and NANOBIO. Currently serves as Investment Director at TTM Capital, focusing on investments and incubation in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Dr. Ji Xun, Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University; Postdoctoral Researcher at Arizona State University.

Edith has more than 10 years of experience in fund investment, she has worked for well-known investment institutions such as Shanghai Real Estate Ventures, Meridian Capital, and Engage Capital, responsible for overall financial management, post-investment management,due diligence, and ODI/FDI etc.

Edith worked at PWC, responsible for the audit of U.S. listed companies.

Edith is a CPA, and graduated from Fudan University with a major in economics.

Tracy has nearly 10 years of experience in the PE/VC practice, having worked at SoftBank China Capital (SBCVC) as the senior legal manager. Tracy worked at Shanghai Links Law Office, where she was responsible for private equity, venture capital, overseas investment, FDI investment and etc.

Tracy holds a PRC bar qualification and graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics with a major in commercial law.
